TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Enriched Marketing®

Effective Date: 16 February 2026

1. GENERAL

 

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and services from Enriched Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

2. PRODUCTS

 

2.1 Physical Products

(a) Paperback books and workbooks may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

(b) Items must be returned in resalable condition.

(c) Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

(d) Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

2.2 Digital Products

(a) Digital products, including the Interactive Workbook PDF, are non-refundable once access has been provided.

(b) By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 will be lost once the download or access has been made available.

(c) You confirm this consent at the point of purchase.

3. CONSULTATION SERVICES

 

3.1 Consultations are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking.

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

(a) You may cancel or reschedule your consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

(b) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

(c) Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled start time, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

(d) If we need to reschedule due to illness, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, an alternative date will be offered promptly.

This policy protects scheduled time and ensures fairness to all clients.

4. COPYWRITING SERVICES

 

4.1 Where copywriting services are provided, the client will be invoiced upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.

4.3 Late payment may result in suspension of further services and, where appropriate, statutory interest in accordance with applicable UK law.

4.4 Revisions

 

(a) Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

(b) All requested revisions will be actioned within 7 days of receiving the request.

(c) Clients may request reasonable revisions for up to 30 days following delivery, provided such requests do not materially alter the agreed scope of work.

(d) Where requested changes extend beyond the agreed scope, additional fees may apply. We will notify you in advance before undertaking any additional chargeable work.

(e) For clarity, unlimited revisions within the 30-day period apply only to refinements within the agreed scope and do not include new strategy, additional pages, new campaigns, or material structural changes.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

5.1 Upon full payment, copyright in copywriting work transfers to the client.

5.2 The client may use delivered materials without restriction for the business for which they were originally purchased.

5.3 Consultation reports, frameworks, strategic documents, and guidance are licensed solely for use within the purchasing business and may not be resold, redistributed, shared externally, or transferred to another legal entity without prior written consent.

5.4 Where materials are adapted for a new business, brand, or entity, this constitutes new work and may require a separate agreement.

5.5 Enriched Marketing® is a registered trade mark. The name, brand, and associated materials may not be used, reproduced, adapted, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. USE OF DELIVERABLES

 

6.1 All work produced during consultations or copywriting engagements is prepared specifically for the business it was commissioned for.

6.2 Deliverables are not transferable to another company, trading entity, or organisation.

6.3 We are not responsible for the implementation, performance, or business outcomes arising from use of delivered materials.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

7.1 Enriched Marketing provides professional guidance based on experience, professional judgement, and strategic insight.

7.2 We do not guarantee specific commercial results, revenue outcomes, audience growth, or performance improvements.

7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising in connection with a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid for that product or service.

7.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded under Scottish law.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

 

8.1 We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, internet outage, technical failure, or governmental restrictions.

9. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

 

9.1 If you have a concern or complaint regarding a product or service, please contact:

9.2 We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days.

9.3 We aim to investigate and provide a full response within 14 working days.

9.4 Where appropriate, we will seek to resolve disputes in good faith and in a fair and proportionate manner.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

 

10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Enriched Marketing.

10.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
