Service Description
Clients leave the Dream Client Consultation with clear insight into their ideal client, renewed confidence in their value, and a message that feels natural and aligned. The next step is implementation. The Monthly Clarity Retainer provides ongoing support while you apply the Enriched Marketing® approach within your business. Each month we meet for a one-hour online session that's focused on whatever you are currently developing. These sessions are client-led and evolve as your ideas grow. Clients often bring topics such as: • Website messaging updates • New offers in development • Positioning questions • Marketing ideas • Strategic decisions about the next stage of the business During these sessions I act as a perceptive guide. By asking thoughtful questions and connecting your ideas back to your ideal client, we refine your thinking together. Between sessions you also have access to email support for quick guidance or feedback while implementing changes. Unlike many marketing retainers, the goal is not dependency. The purpose of the retainer is to support you while your message strengthens and your confidence grows, with the expectation that you'll leave the retainer to continue on your own when you are ready. Most clients use the support for three to six months before continuing independently with clarity and momentum. The Monthly Clarity Retainer is available exclusively to clients who have completed the Dream Client Consultation.
Cancellation Policy
The Monthly Clarity Retainer is designed to support clients as they begin implementing the insights from their Dream Client Consultation. Each month includes a one-hour Zoom session where we review your current thinking, explore questions that have arisen, and refine how the Enriched Marketing approach is being applied within your business. Sessions are client-led. You are welcome to bring whatever you are currently working through, whether that is messaging, offers, website changes, or the next stage of your business ideas. Between sessions you may also contact me by email for occasional guidance or quick feedback while implementing the system. The retainer operates on a simple month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time, and your support will continue until the end of the current billing period. Because this work builds on the Dream Client Consultation, the Monthly Clarity Retainer is available only to clients who have completed that consultation. The intention of the retainer is not ongoing dependency. Most clients use the support for a few months while they gain confidence implementing the system and then continue independently once their message and direction feel clear. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Sessions may not be rolled into new months.
